Shorter to display works of Margaret Ingram
The works of Margaret Ingram, Rome Area Council for the Arts 2008/2009 Artist of the Year, will be on display at Shorter College beginning Jan. 19 until Feb. 2. Author of the children's book, "Invasion of The Sparkspitter," Ingram's exhibit titled "Visual Voices" will be at the college's Arnold Art Gallery. A reception is set for 4 p.m. Jan. 19 in the gallery. Gallery hours: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.. Free admission
