Rome Area History Museum and the Rome-Floyd County River (ECO) Center present the 2nd Annual Cocktails on the Coosa! The event will include a river cruise, history and ecology lecture featuring Dennis Nordeman on Rome's "Steamboat Era," and Eric Lindberg and Ben Winkelman of Rome's "Eco-Center" speaking on "The Importance of our Rivers and Natural Habitat."
Event is free to the public, but Joel Sulzbacher/Romean Holiday boat seating is limited. Please call 706.235.8051 for reservations.
All reserved guests will meet at the Eco-Center, 393 Riverside Parkway. A tour of the center will take place before boarding. Guests aged 21 and over only please. Light food and refreshments will be served.
